RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means 
you have 7 days after receiving your item 
to request a return.

We want you to love everything you order 
from FarSee. If something isn't right,

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

✅ Be in the same condition as received
✅ Be unused and undamaged
✅ Have original tags attached
✅ Be in its original packaging
✅ Include receipt or proof of purchase
✅ Include an unboxing video as proof
   (Required for all return requests)

⚠️ Note: Unboxing video is mandatory.
Returns without video proof will 
not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days
         of receiving your order

Step 2 — Email us at:

Step 3 — Include the following:
         → Your full name
         → Order details
         → Reason for return
         → Clear photos of the item
         → Unboxing video

Step 4 — Wait for our confirmation
         We'll respond within 
         24-48 hours


⚠️ Important: Items sent back without 
first requesting a return will not 
be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect 
your returned item —

✅ Approved returns:
   Refund will be processed within

❌ Rejected returns:
